Ordering Information
- Volume pricing available for quantity orders. Distributors welcome.
- Designs are packaged in dozens. They are not sold by the piece.
- Front and back designs are packaged 6pcs. Front and 6pcs. Back per package.
- Minimum order of $50.00 is required before shipping any order.
- Handling charge is $3.50 per package. UPS C.O.D. charge is $8.50 per package.
- Order desk hoursa re 8:30AM to 5:00PM EST M-F.
- You may also fax or e-mail orders 24 hours a day.
- Orders received before 2:00PM will be shipped the same day.
- Terms: C.O.D., Money order or certified check. We accept Vista, Mastercard, and Discover.
- To avoid C.O.D. Charges you must pre-pay. Company check or net terms are available on approval of credit application. Please allow 2 weeks for approval.
- Unless other arrangements are made we ship U.P.S., F.O.B. Clearwater, FL.
- If you refuse or miss delivery of your order, freight charges will be added to your next order.

- Claims for shortages, damaged or incorrect merchandise must be made within five (5) days of receipt of order.
